A 48-year-old patient with vomiting and history of peptic ulcer surgery |
- Patient is a known case of peptic ulcer, he had done an operation for perforated peptic ulcer since 1989.
- Now he is presented with epigastric pain ,repeated vomiting , dysphagia and weight loss. No haemtemesis and melena
- Gastric biopsy :
- Active chronic gastritis with helical bacteria in relation to gastric surface epithelium .serial deeper sections were done but no malignancy was seen in examined material
