A 75-year-old patient with jaundice due to carcinoma of head of pancereas
  • Pancreatic carcinoma presented with obstructive jaundice.
  • ERCP was done and ampulla was found in a big diverticula
  • After deep biliary canulation ,Cholangiogram---- show dilated comom bile duct and missing lower sement
  • Plastic stent is inserted
